2. Ecosystem Interconnection & OAuth

Choice Network operates as a unified professional ecosystem. We utilize Google OAuth via choicecmshub.com to verify your identity and grant access to specialized spokes.

Notice: By linking your YouTube or Google Ads accounts to any Choice Network spoke, you acknowledge that data may be shared within the ecosystem (e.g., from CMS Hub to Ad Network) to facilitate ROI reporting, campaign management, and service verification.

3. Third-Party API Compliance & Disclosures

Users of our ecosystem are concurrently bound by the terms and policies of our technical partners:

3.1 Technical Governance

3.2 User Conduct & API Restrictions

Users agree not to use Choice Ad Network's API-enabled tools to scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise misappropriate data from Google Services. Any attempt to bypass Google Ads policy controls or use our automation to violate platform terms will result in immediate account termination.

4. Prohibited Acts

You are strictly prohibited from:

Manipulating engagement metrics (views, subscribers, clicks).
Scraping data for use outside the Choice Network ecosystem.
Using our tools for any illegal or deceptive marketing practices.
